1 to 1 sessions (individual sessions) are where to start when we are not feeling comfortable in group settings or our body/life stories are difficult and we are feeling vulnerable or simply addressing a specific issue and want to set dates and times that work around our schedule as opposed to the groups sessions which are specified days and times, with individual sessions you can say when it suits you the best and we can arrange an appointment.
Also in an individual setting there is much more support and space is held differently.
And for some people it may be beneficial to do both, starting with a few individual sessions and then continuing in group sessions as well as home practice.
Ideal for anyone with specific chronic conditions such as pain, tension, MS, CFS, post polio syndrome, PTSD, stress etc.
